* Congrats to the Varsity Girls players and coaches for winning the 2010 Sportsmanship Award! Both the players and coaches received 1st place with the officials and coaches!
* Lax on Wednesdays resumes for all levels this week at West Carthage Elementary.
* Super Job in the 1812! Varsity went 3 and 1 and finished in 3rd place. Their only loss came in the semifinal to the Rochester Renegades(traveling all star team) by one goal. Keep the stick in your hand whenever you have a chance.
7-9th graders went 2 and 2 and competed for the first time with Varsity rules! Great Job!
* Youth went 2 and 2 and improved every game.

*** VARSITY TEAM WILL BE TRAVELING SOUTH FOR SPRING BREAK NEXT YEAR! WE WILL BE HEADING TO DISNEY WORLD, MYRTLE BEACH OR VIRGINIA BEACH DEPENDING ON COST AND PARENTAL HELP IN ORGANIZING TRIP. I AM GATHERING INFORMATION AND WILL BE HOLDING A MEETING SOMETIME IN JULY.
* I have added a summer camp page to our menu. We have some talented lacrosse players! I would love to see them continue to get better. Summer camps are a way to learn more skills and have fun! If we are creative, I am sure we can find ways to lower costs. I would love to have the varsity team try to go to one camp together.I am leaning to the LeMoyne Day Camp if girls do not want to stay overnight, or the Syracuse Elite if they want the overnight experience. South Jeff is offering a local camp for girls in grades 1-9.
