Meet Your Teachers...

Hello to Everyone! Welcome to St. John Bosco Preschool. My name is Mrs. Puccia and I am starting my 22nd year in the Catholic School System. It has been a very rewarding experience meeting and working with so many families. I am also looking forward to making many more memories in the coming year. My favorite animal is the pig as you will see by my classroom and my slippers. I have "horrible hair" in the morning and I LOVE pizza. Miss Mary and I have a passion for music and reading. You may catch us dancing around the classroom with the kids if you are lucky! Miss Mary also loves to tell silly stories about me, so get ready! My husband, Tom, works for United Communications (WWNY-7) and also sells real estate. I have a daughter, Jen, who is married and also a reading teacher. My son-in-law Roland works for Pepsi. My son, Justin, graduated from Cornell University in May. Finally, I have a grandson Seth, who is four years old and so much fun. He lights up my life like a shooting star. I also have a grand daughter, her name is Leah. She is 10 months old and growing very quickly. Our goal with all the children is to teach them to sit, listen, follow directions and become independent. Everything else will fall into place. Our preschool is a structured learning environment with so many fun activities going on all the time. You will not be disappointed. My teacher assistant is Miss Mary and we have worked together for over 11 years. We are two of a kind as you will find out. Actually, I would be lost without her. We come up with such great ideas. There is never a dull moment as you will soon see! She is a very compassionate and loving person and I am honored to work with her. Our line of communication is open to you at all times.
